To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be:
- enrolled in a regular undergraduate, graduate, or professional program at an eligible institution at full time or part time enrollment
- enrolled in a 2-year terminal certificate program in which the course work is acceptable for transfer credit for an accredited baccalaureate program in an eligible institution
- enrolled in a private career school
- at least 16 years old
- qualified under at least one of the following conditions:
- The child, stepchild, or surviving spouse of a fallen transportation worker
