Maryland State Delegate Scholarship

To apply to this scholarship, you will need to be:

• Maryland residents who want to earn a degree or credential can attend a two-year or four-year college, university, or private career school, either full-time or part-time. Undocumented students may qualify for in-state tuition, or
  • If you are currently enrolled or were enrolled in the past two years in a certificate or license program at a community college, you can use the scholarship to reimburse your educational expenses.
