To apply for this scholarship, you will need to be:
- An enrolled Tribal Member in the United South or Eastern Tribes living within Maryland
- Current enrollment or acceptance in a post-secondary educational institution.
Additional materials:
- Verification of Tribal Enrollment (copy of ID Card or Letter);
- Sealed transcript;
- Letter of Acceptance
- 1st year freshman, 1st year Grad student
- If you are a continuing student, letter of acceptance is not required;
- Two (2) current Letters of Recommendation
- Must be Current Within six months prior to the application due date
- A typed double-spaced essay on ‘How the funds will benefit your academic
goals’. Please include any obstacles overcome and future goals of how you will
use your education (Undergraduate minimum 250 words, Graduate minimum
500 words).
